Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Do you offer expedited shipping?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds?

Due to the current nature of our business, currently we do not refund. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@iamthattallgirl.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. If your return meets eligibility requirements, we’ll respond with next steps.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once placed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@iamthattallgirl.com. We’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
