Return & Store Credit Policy

At I Am That Tall Girl, we proudly design elevated essentials specifically for tall women. Because our sizing and inventory are thoughtfully curated for a niche community, we operate with a structured return policy to ensure fairness and sustainability.

 

Returns for Store Credit

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

 

To qualify for store credit:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, a digital store credit will be issued for the full value of the item (excluding original shipping fees). Store credit does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise
• Leggings, intimates, or hygiene-sensitive items

Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
